How to cancel a failed flow?

Hi,

I built a flow which failed but is still sending emails non-stop to an approver. The cancel button for this flow run is grayed out so I can't even cancel the flow.

Is there any other way to cancel this flow in order to stop the emails?

Further, what if I turn off the flow?

Will it cancel all the other flows that are currently running?

Hi @Anonymous ,

If you turn off the flow, it will not cancel the running flow .

I suggest you back up(Save as) this flow to your computer, then you could delete this flow.

Many thanks for your advice on this. It helps me tremendously.

There seems to be a twilight period at the 30 day mark where the flow expires but does not drop off the flow run history.

We blocked the email address that those emails were coming from and two days later when the flow run dropped off the history we unblocked the email address and those emails did not return.

I appreciate your guidance and assistance. Thank you again Sir!
