Power Automate Cloud Flow Error

Hi,

I’m encountering an issue with my Power Automate Cloud flow that interacts with Microsoft Teams. The flow is triggered when a specific keyword is mentioned in a Teams channel or chat. When the keyword is detected, the flow sends an adaptive card back to the same chat.

However, I keep receiving the following error in certain group chats:

Status Code: Forbidden; Reason: User '41538cc8-d0b8-4c92-b84d-3d16add9a281' has reached its limit of '5' 'CH'.

The error seems to be related to a limit of '5' for something, possibly "Chats" or "Channels". Strangely, the flow works fine when I switch to another Teams group chat, but not in the original chat where the error occurs.

My Questions:

  1. What does the '5' 'CH' limit refer to in this context (Chats/Channels)?
  2. Are there specific limits in Power Automate or Microsoft Teams that could be causing this?
  3. How can I resolve this issue so that the flow can work across all group chats without hitting this limit?

Yes, this is a limit error I have seen before, like the error mentions this seems a limit of 5 of these trigger actions per user account.

In that previous thread I suggested to use a different account for the connection of the trigger action as a workaround. This way you should be able to setup more of this flows (5 per account).https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Using-Flows/When-keyword-is-mentioned-in-Teams-channel-error/td-p/964210
