Convert CSV file from Outlook email to XLSX file and create table

Hi Everyone, I'm working on this flow as everything seems fine with Office Script. However when I run the flow, the file won't able to convert to XLSX. I have a large CSV file from email and would like to convert that into XLSX file and store in Sharepoint. I created an empty XLSX file format and use that in "get file content" step. 

 

Any help or suggestion please? Many thanks!
