Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has any insights for me please as I am relatively still a newbie in the use of Power Automate. I have created a flow that uses a UI element, which is a file folder where it needs to save the file I have exported from a system. My flow would normally run flawlessly when it runs using my laptop screen. However, when the flow runs and gets displayed on another screen (I have 2 other monitors that I use at work in addition to the laptop screen), the flow displays an error saying that it cannot locate the UI element or something like that.

I've read other posts where it mentioned selectors so not sure if that is the cause of my problem but I would greatly appreciate it if someone can direct me to the right area that can assist me with resolving this issue.

Thanks,

Joan

try to uncheck class name from attribute section and test.. If it is not working try to recreate another selector in 2nd machine you have used, by that you can know which is dynamic part and which is static and check/uncheck accordingly

Thanks! I will give that a go.
