"OCR" action is not working.

I built a small flow with the "OCR" action to extract text from an image ten days ago. After a week, when I checked the flow, the "OCR" action failed. I investigated whether the issue was within my existing flow or with the "OCR" functionality itself. I created a new flow to test the "OCR" with both the Windows and Tesseract engines. Unfortunately, I discovered that the "OCR" function wasn't working for either engine. Can anyone please assist in resolving this issue?

It appears that a Drawing.common DLL is missing from your setup. Let's try uninstalling Power Automate Desktop from `Settings > Apps`, then reinstall it and see it resolves your issues.

Deenuji, im having the same problem with Tesseract extraction. It worked 3 wks ago. But stop working all of sudden. Tried on 2 separate PCs. don't know if there is an solutions out there. Window OCR version still works. but extractions results are not the best.

Hi @Saran_999,

Its working fine in both formats. Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.
In case if you face any problems, Just reinstall your PAD and check again.

Thank you, @Deenuji, for your assistance.
I have reviewed the flow again and noticed that the issue arises with .jpg files. It works fine with .png files. However, I am okay with using either format. Could you please let me know which file format you used, so that I can come to a conclusion whether it's only affecting me or if it's a widespread issue?

I have just tested OCR functionality in my power automate desktop, Both windows OCR and Tesseract engines are working fine. Please make sure you have configured the right parameters on OCR extract action and If possible share the screenshot of you action?
