File processing with AI Builder - file storage impact

I am an admin currently learning a bit the impact and how AI Buidler works. User is using the AI functionality to do some recognition in the specific files (OCR, summary, find and retreieve info). How it this handled on the platform - is this increasing file storage and this is something we should be aware of. How do we control for it? I am concerned whether the user decides to run a high amount of files and our file storage explodes. In order to make this available for the user I need a good way to manage it and understand whether this has impact on the file storage.

    Hello,

Only the training set and the AI Event table related to monitoring are securely stored.
Processed files are never stored, prioritizing your privacy and data security.
For more details, check out this resource: Administer AI Builder - AI Builder | Microsoft Learn

    Hope that helps,
    Samia
