Create a scheduled flow to send multiple emails as attachment

Hi All,

I am a newbie to Microsoft Power Automate. I need to create a scheduled flow (I think I know how to create that) which will run everyday at 10AM go and look in a particular folder in my inbox, read all the unread emails in that folder and send all of them as attachment in an email to a group of people. Seems simple but I am not able to find how do I group all of these emails as one and send it out. Hoping the experts out here can help me out or if this is already answered in the forums then point me towards that thread.

Again thanks in advance for the help

    Hi @bmosur

Use the 'Export email' action and save the Email to SharePoint or OneDrive using Create File action. Then read the relevant folder to retrieve all the email files and send as attachment.

Have a look at this blog EnovaPoint | 2 Ways to Archive Emails With Microsoft Flow

    Thanks

    Hi abm,

Thanks for your reply. Thought I like the solution you provided, I do not want to go thru the process of storing these emails again on a sharepoint or anything of that sort. Having said that these are already separated out in a different folder in my INBOX based on a rule. So why again save them to a one drive or share point. I thought the whole purpose of flows was to automate everything and since we can read emails, send emails and attachments thru flows, this would be something which can be easily achieved.

Again, I am a newbie and may be wrong in my assumptions.

Yes, but you're missing the fact that you want the email itself as an attachment. To do that, you will have to convert that email to a file somehow before you can attach it.
