Azure Created By Help

I am connecting data from MS Forms and putting it into a Flow that creates a work item in DevOps.  Everything works fine except I cannot change the "Created By" from my name.  I'm assuming its taking the flow information, me being the owner/creator of it, and inserting it into DevOps on "behalf of the user submitting the form".  Is there a work around so the Created By is changed into the user submitting the form?

I don't want to give this flow to everyone in the organization, it would be too big.  My goal is:

MS Forms (ticket submission to my department)
Automate (When Response Submitted->Get Response Details->Send Email->Create Work Item)
DevOps (work item created under my dashboard/project in the correct spot with all the information collected displayed in the description)

DevOps shows the ticket was created by me, so it doesn't show who actually submitted/created the ticket.  I don't think it would work well-giving everyone this flow, especially with turnarounds and everything.

How would it work if I created another email account that's a "dummy" with permission?

You would need to create an account that can then run that step as that user to create it as someone else.

Or if you are giving this flow to all users, then their connection references will be used to create the work item in DevOps
