I can't see my flows (Azure Resource Manage server error)

Since a few days ago I can not see my fows. The following error appears:

 

An internal Azure Resource Manager server error was encountered. The ID. follow-up is '270ebb3a-0335-47ce-86cb-79e23bb9fbf7'.

 

Has anyone had the same problem? How can it be fixed?
