MS Form to Sharepoint List detect duplicate request record

Hello Everyone hope all of you are safe.

I was wondering if anybody could help me out here or have done this situation before. Here is the scenario

I have created an MS Form for employees to fill-out if they are requesting an Android Tablet device. And I used Sharepoint List as my database. During the design and testing phase, If the requestor or Tablet User already exist in the Sharepoint List means he/she already made a request before, I would to reject it by sending email including the First request, date and etc.

The question is what connector or how the flow will search in the Sharepoint list if the data  that they input in MS Form exist.

Thank you in advance

The email address of the person filling out the form should be available in the Response Details.  Do a lookup on the SharePoint list to see if that email address has requested a tablet.  If they have then its a duplicate.  If you haven't already you may have to add the email address or a Person column to the SharePoint list to track who made the request.

Thank you for your response @Pstork1, seems a little bit clearer now. but there will be  a scenario that the requestor(staff level employee) is requesting for their labor workers which does not have emails.  I have a field of First Name and Last Name, that I would like to be basis for lookup? how it will be?

As long as you don't have two people with the same first and last names that should work fine.  I suggested Employee email because that is normally unique.  But anything you can use to identify a specific request should work.
