Our company has a sharepoint List called Requesition Form. Right now our users have to select every element, scroll to the bottom of that element and click a checkbox (which then makes a timestamp in a date and time field below).
I now want to sort of automate this by using a flow. My idea would be, to use a Teams channel as trigger, and as soon as someone writes something like "ID: *ID1*,*ID2,*ID3*,...", the flow automatically clicks gthe checkbox in each of those elements.
Since i am fairly new to power automate i still kind of struggle with it. I would be thankful for any help!
