Outlook Auto Login

Hi,

I need to create a connection to someone elses credentials or a shared mail inbox however when I try and add connection and type in their email it auto logs in as me so the connection is created with my email.

It may be an organisation auto login I'm struggling with so I'm querying internally but not expecting much.

Anyone know how to force it to login as the requested user instead of using my credentials?

Thanks,

Simon

    Hi @Anonymous,

You should be able to switch the connection by clicking on the three dots at the top-right of the trigger or action.

Microsoft Flow would redirect the authentication to online.microsoftonline service to finish the authentication.

Please post back if you have any further questions.

    Regards,

    Michael

    Hi @v-micsh-msft

    Thanks for the reply.

I've tried this however when I create the new connection upon typing in the email address (different to the one I'm logged in as) and selecting the password text box the browser window automatically redirects through the log in process but logs in as my email address.

Is there any way to stop this behaviour create the connection more manually?

    Thanks,

    Simon

    Hi Simon,

Follow the articles below to add the connection, then under the proper action, select the newly added one:

    Manage connections in Microsoft Flow

    See if this would work.

    Hi @v-micsh-msft,

    Thanks for your quick reply.

I've also tried it this way but the same thing happens, I type in another email "joe.bloggs@blah.com" and it jumps to redirect when I select the password field. It then signs in as me rather than joe.bloggs and the connection says my email.

    Thanks,

    Simon
