Just an FYI similar to this article: Solved: Re: Replacing - with white space - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)
As the text replace action doesn't allow you to leave the 'Replace with' field empty. To remove a character / characters from a string you can use %''% in the 'Replace with' (in this example removing comma's from the text string).
