Hi,

I am logging into the system on Chrome browser and there are several messages in the system. I would like to click Approved based on the Workflow type. For example, I want to click Approved  button whose Workflow is Offboarding instead of HR View below, how should I edit the selector? Thank you so much!

    First try to capture the workflow type text using "Extract data from webpage" then put some if condition if its matching with Offboarding then use action "press button on web page" or "click link on web page" action.

    Sample flow:

    Hi @sophia111 ,

    There is no need to edit in the selector.

    You can create a flow as shown below image.

     If you have more case than Offboarding or HRView. Instead of If condition you can use Switch Case action.

    (Note:- if you got your solution you can mark as solution and gives kudos)

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi Deenuji,

    Thank you for your reply!

    I've tried "Extract data from webpage", but when I adding a new UI element, PAD cannot only select the information I want, which is the part circled in blue, but has selected the entire part circled in red. I tried to move the mouse to select the blue part, but the pad didn't respond. The buttons and text in the blue box can be retrieved separately, but the entire table like information cannot be selected. How can I deal with this? Thank you so much!

    @sophia111

    Are you certain you're using "Extract data from window" instead of "Extract data from webpage"? Sometimes, using "Extract data from window" on web pages can lead to similar issues. Please check from that perspective.

    Are you working with a web application built with typical .NET/Java/Angular UI frameworks, or is it a completely different type of application?
