Filter a list based on responses in a form

Hey all

I want to build a flow, where users can fill out a form on my sharepoint and based on that they are sent a filtered version of an extensive list i use as a backend list.

To give an example i could have a list of 50 different types of food categorized on country of origin. The users should then tick off the country which they would like to see foods from and then receive e.g. an email with a filtered version of my backend list, which only show the foods, which come from the country they ticked off.

Would this be possible and has any of you done anything similar?

Thanks!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @Anonymous

I don't see why not.  I suppose depending on size it might time out but you need to test that to be confident and know how big a list you have.

    Start with

Then you would want to get items with a filter query

    ColumnName eq 'AnswerfromFormDynamicValue'

You could then create a table from the body from get items and send an email.
