Hi Everyone,

I am totally new to Flows.

I have a requirement in my organization. I have a form(currently in word and can convert to Excel) which should be accessible to my managers in my organization.

Once they fill the form it should automatically follow an approval flow starting from GM then COO then HR head.

After these are done. I need to have reporting capabiities including consolidation of data inside forms in real time.

How can I achieve all these? Any kind of help is appreciated.

Could you share the details of the form you designed?

1.According to your description, when the manager submits data in this form, Flow will be triggered and the approval process will begin.

I don't know what your form is, and I can't judge what kind of Trigger is most suitable.

2.The type of approval should be sequential approval. After the previous person's approval is completed, the next person will be transferred until the approval is completed by everyone.

3.Finally, you want to collect the data in the form and the results of the approval.

You could save the data submitted by the form and the approval result in a file using the Create file action.

It all depends on the specifics of your form.
