change the color of text in email depending on sharepoint choice value

Good morning everyone!

I'm trying to setup a flow that changes the color of the text based on whether a sharepoint choice is either Yes or no to green/red respectively.  If this has been answered before, kindly direct me to the results!  What I currently have is a form from powerapps that creates a Sharepoint entry, then the flow emails out the results.  If the answers selected are Yes, I'd like them to be in green, and if they select no I'd like the flow to spit them out as red.

Is this possible to do?  Currently my flow is simply When an item is created, then send an email out, then terminate.  Not sure how to write expressions in the Send an Email step directly.

    Hi @DarkoTheNoob

do you need all fields to be red /green which you are adding in email body or complete email body itself ?
