Creating HTML Table after approval with attachment link

Basically, the issue is I'm trying to make a sign back form where the link in the approval leads you to whatever attachment is in the SharePoint list item. This works but it will then not allow you to create an HTML table that i want updated into that said list item.

So i have that get attachments action to allow me to make the link in the approval email lead to whatever attachment is in my list item, however, that results in my HTML table failing due to integer/array errors. The usual column 0 row 0 error, no body found. Any help appreciated!

    Hi @bb22

Can you please clarify what is the input to the HTML Table? its not clear what you are trying to put in there. Where are you getting the details?

Can you share the expression you are using?

If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others
