Issues with a new BOT

I'm very new for this world and I'm trying to create a new Bot. I'm made some changes to the greeting, saved them, but when I tried it in the Bot I get the following:

- Forever Spinning wheel saying "Updating Topic"

- The message displayed on the Bot once I said "Hello" it is not the one I updated. I see that the displayed message is still the default one

- Error message "Dialog wasn't found"

Can you guide me on what I'm doing wrong? Print Screen below.

Hi @ezequiel ,

Maybe your bot lost the connection during the update.

I recommend you to refresh this page, open Topics and open your topic. Try to change again and save.

If the issue persists, send your Bot ID to @Diganta / @MarKol / @CleberM to investigate your issue.

Thanks @renatoromao for the reply. I tried, made a changes, but still the bot is returning the default messages as you can see below:

Where can I locate the BOT ID?

Try to click on the Reset button inside your Test bot.

You can see your Bot ID opening the Channels >> Custom website >> Inside the iframe you can see https://powerva.microsoft.com/webchat/bots/BOTID
