Hello all,

I have created a flow as it follows and on the html table that I am getting from a spreadsheet I want to add a new column from where the recepient of the email will be able to choose for each task an option from a dropdown list.

My current flow is as follows:

flow(2).pngflow1.png

The outcome is as follows:

Can I add an extra column at the end of the table from where the user will abe able to select an option from a dropdown list for each item? I tried to do this from the excel to create a dropdown list as my last column or select as an action Send an email with options but again it didn't work.

Can you please assist?

I am wondering if I could have inside the table that it is generated from the flow a dropdown list similar to the following image.

Many thanks in advance

    Hi @anna2109 ,

You could add a column directly to the Excel table and then change the Flow configuration to add the value of this field to the HTML table.

I am afraid I didn't understand what your difficulty is. Even if you add a column, if you want to reference the field value, your current configuration can still be used directly. Just add this field to Select action.

Please provide more explanation about your question.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

When I tried to add the new column to Select action, it didn't work. This column should show a dropdown menu from where the recipient of the email would be able to choose for each of the row of the html table an option as can be done from excel table.

    Is it more clear?

    Many Thanks

@anna2109 - Did you managed to crack the above senario to add a dropdown list to the table. I am stuck with the same issue and your help would be highly appreciated.
