Rich Text Editor Default Message

I have a rich text editor box that I am using to send emails. I want to use the default as a way to display a format but how I type the format vs what is displayed are different. I'm using indents and line breaks but they are not being displayed in the rich text editor.

Is there a way to have the default and what is displayed to be the same?

    Hi @kingy61422 ,

     

    For text formatting to show up in a text editor, you need to enter or reference HTML code in the Default property of the Rich Text Editor control.

     

    An easy way to generate HTML code is by adding a label and then set its' Text property to RichTextEditor.HtmlText. Then draft the text in the Rich Text Editor control:

    Once finished, copy the contents of the Label to the Default property of the Rich Text Editor, but remember to:

    1. Add double quotes before and after the HTML code, and

    2. Replace any double quotes inside the HTML code with two instance of double quotes:
