Hi Thomas,

Is this happening to all your Dynamic 365 connection related app? Did you let PowerApps create the app using the Dynamic 365 connection? Or did you manually create the app?

Some more detailed information about this app would help us to understand your issue better. Maybe you can also upload some screenshots.

Hi Mona,

This error was happening to 2 separate users at the same time in different apps manually created.

All Light text converts to bold and buttons are unresponsive. You can sometimes force the button to work by selecting it several dozen times in quick succession, this loads the next screen but the template gallery list does not always show.

I have also experienced this a month or 2 ago. There bug clears after a couple of hours but the reason for it is unknown.

The app was not recently updated.

Photo 1 - App loaded correctly, font correct and buttons working.

Photo 2 - App loaded with font in bold and buttons not working correctly

Photo 3 - App forced to load next screen and template gallery and drop downs are not visible.

Experiencing this error again thismorning, Template gallery lists and filters not loading and buttons not working properly in IE11 and when I go into InPrivate browsing the app loads and everything works correctly except all text is converted to bold.

The app loads better in private browsing (the buttons and template gallery lists actually work) but all text is still converted to bold.

At the moment it seems that throughout the day I have about a 20% success rate of opening the app and it displaying correct. Is someone looking into this? Because quite frankly it is pathetic.

Still getting this error. Text no longer converting to bold but template gallery lists and dropdowns not working. Loading in private browsing appears to correct it.

Happening again thismorning, normal browsing - Template gallery lists do not appear and dropdowns not visible. In private browsing - Text converted to bold.

These issues seem to be particulary prevalent in the morning.
