Approvals Action

Hello good people,

I created a Cloud Flow using Power Automate within a Business Process Flow in PowerApps. It's an asset allocation application and the flow is supposed to trigger an approval process(Action) and the person in Assigned to is supposed to receive a notification asked to Approve or Reject the allocation request. But for some reason, the user in the assigned to is not able to see any approval requests in the Approval section of Power Automate. This user does not have an Exchange Online License.

Can you guys please help me see where I can see and approve these allocation requests using a user? I have created this user myself and they have sufficient previliges.

Thank you very much!! Please see the screenshots below.

I would suggest that they add the Approvals App to Microsoft Teams. It will make approvals easier since they will be notified within Teams when a new approval arrives if notifications are enabled. https://youtu.be/Z9fdqSxKuJw?si=biocON--upE4oRyE

Until you update your post with images of the issue, it is hard to give you a better answer. They could be going to the wrong environment, which would be the most likely reason they don't see the approval. If you turn on notifications for the approval, they will also get an e-mail and they can approve that way, which makes it much easier also.
