Hi,
What I am trying to achieve is send only one email sent to a manager listing the names of the employees that is assigned to them.
Issue I have is that the manager is receiving multiple emails dependant on how ever many employees they are assigned.
What can I do so that when I select the field that contains the managers email in the 'To' field if there are more than 1 record for the same manager that only 1 email is sent out?
