Hi

After Microsoft changed design for approval flow i can't get the approval to format coorectly in mobile client. It seems it is not accepting Enter.

This is how it looks incorrect in outlook on mobile

Unfortunately, this doesn't reflect a change by the Flow team.  It reflects changes made by the different teams that support the different mail clients on Mobile and PC.  Markup has been and continues to be an issue with Approvals.  Each of the different teams handles the formatting of Action cards in the mail messages a little differently.  The Flow team is trying to work with all the teams to get a reproducible format, but progress is very slow.  There really is no fix that I've seen.

@Pstork1 thanks mate for your answers!

Are you telling me that approval mail might look different on adroid outlook app and IOS outlook app?

It might, but I suspect all the mobile clients are developed by the same team.  So where you will see the differences are between PC and mobile.

I was working on that all day and here is what i did to find the most suitable workaround for me

I added > symbol at the begining of like new paragraph and it does a line brake on mobile client without symbol and it leaves > for PC outlook client but it doers not spoil a lot

at the end for some text i added as Headings this also does line breake.
