Powerautomate On Premise Gateway and Amazon Redshift

Hi

We have been able to connect PowerBI to Amazon Redshift using a On Premise Data Gateway.   We are trying to do the same for Power Automate.  However when we install the Gateway for PowerAutomate it doesn't seem to have a connector for Amazon Redshift.   Is Amazon Redshift supported or is this only available at present on the PowerBI On Premise Data Gateway?

We have also tried connecting directly from cloud version of Power Automate to Amazon Redshift, but we believe we have firewall issues when trying to do this.

Cheers

John

    Hi,
I'm facing the same issue with AWS redshift connector.
You need a gateway to access to your DB. The problem is that the connector is in "Preview" and doesn't let you select a gateway. It's just a checkbox that say "use onPrem data gateway" but you can't select the gateway you want.

From our side, we decided to test to use PostgresSQL.

    regards

You can technically use the same gateway for Power BI and Power Automate  but you made the right decision to keep them separate as the connection management is very different.  Power Automate connection creators must be listed as such on the gateway.

As long as you have that role you should be able to create the Redshift/Athena connection in your flow.
