Need help with a flow about conditions and emails

Hello,

I'm trying to build a flow that allows me to get the response from the forms and check if option 1 is checked.
If so, I need to send only the questions that have option 1 as the answer to the respondent's email.
 
Does anyone know how to do this? I'm having trouble with the part of checking and getting the responses to join them into a variable.

    Hi
     
    So you are missing details, so I am going to guess.
     
    You have multiple-multi answer questions.
    You want to check which ones have Option 1 selected
     
    So this should be pretty easy. You know the questions, you know which option is option 1.
    So you have 2 choices
     
    1. Create an Array at the top with Headers, (Question / Answer) or whatever
    2. Then have a Condition for each question to see if they selected Option 1 and then add it to the array
    3. At the end of your conditions use a Create HTML using the array as the input
    4. In your Email, put in the questions that had Option 1, which are in your array.
     
    And done.
     
    There are other more complicated ways but its all based on your need. THe above would resolve that.
