Error to connect onenote (personnal licence)

Hello,

(I'm french, I hope my english will be okay...)

I want to use Powerautomate with Onenote. But when I try to connect with my account, this is the error I have :

In french :
"Le compte d'utilisateur sélectionné n'existe pas dans le client « Microsoft Services » et ne peut pas accéder à l'application « 7ab7862c-4c57-491e-8a45-d52a7e023983 » dans ce client. Le compte doit d'abord être ajouté en tant qu'utilisateur externe dans le client. Utilisez un autre compte."

With google translator :

"The selected user account does not exist in the 'Microsoft Services' client and cannot access the application '7ab7862c-4c57-491e-8a45-d52a7e023983' in this client. The account must first be added as an external user in the tenant. Use another account."

How can I add my account as an external user in the tenant ?

Is this even possible or Power automate works only with business licences and not personnal use ?

1\ How can I add my account as an external user in the tenant ?

You could contact your tenant administrator to add you as a guest user and assign you licenses if necessary.

2\ At my knowledge, the audience for power automate is business accounts or school accounts. If it still doesn't work, it may be caused by the personal account.
