Deleting a collection permanently

Hello community,

How do I manage to delete a collection completely, so that this collection is no longer available under the menu item "Collection"? From old tests I now have some collections that I no longer need and want to delete permanently.

How do I do that?

The collection only shows up there when it is created through a formula in your app. If you don't want the collection created any more then you need to find the formula that is creating it and remove the collection function that is creating it.

Ok @Jeff_Thorpe ... just finding the formula won't be that easy, because I can't search for it in PowerApps or is there a trick somewhere that I can find this formula?

I have collections in my application that cannot be removed. They are there when I load the app after shutting everything down. I haven't even run the app and the collections are there. So I don't believe this is the answer.

In addition, I have collections that are created from a SharePoint list and are supposed to be exact copy of what is in Sharepoint, but all of a sudden PowerApps has decided to rename the columns in the Collection. If I change the names in Sharepoint and recreate the collections, it retains the wrong column name.

There is NO WAY to fix this that I've found and removing the statements that create the list will not work.

I'll post a new thread on this as this is a MAJOR issue with using collections and I can't believe there isn't a way to clear them unless they are created in your code.

I really hope this is not as impossible as everyone on the internet says it is.
