Hi Everyone,

I want to have a text box within a list which captures the versions, any changes made on the item etc so it lists everything that has happened on an item. Is this possible?, i know there is a way to see the version history but i want it laid out like the following:

25/06 - User Created Item

26/06 - Status changed to Started

28/06 - Status Changes to completed

Something like the above so it captures anything thats happened and logs the date would be wonderful

@Aread62127  You can create on multiline text column in your list. Then you can create flow with when item or file is created or modified. Then determine whether item was created or modified and update value of multiline text column. Using Get Changes action you can determine which column has changed to update update value of multiline text column.
