I have created an MS Flow designed to send a notification email to specific people when an MS Form submission is made. During pilot tests I've found that the email being sent is not being received by all of the intended recipients. All of the intended recipients are included in the same Active Directory of our college network. The email is being received by my colleague, my student test account and my personal gmail account. So far I haven't been able to identify the reason for this. Any help with this issue will be greatly appreciated.
Hello, @Wychfinder!
Thank you for posting on the Flow Community Forum! Have you had an opportunity to apply @v-yamao-msft‘s recommendation to adapt your Flow? If yes, and you find that solution to be satisfactory, please go ahead and click “Accept as Solution” so that this thread will be marked for other users to easily identify!

Hi @Wychfinder,
Could you please try to use the connector Office 365 Outlook and the action Send an email to see if it will work?
Please also try to separate each recipient with a comma instead of semicolon.
Best regards,
Mabel
Hi Mabel
I have tried adding the recipient email address details both manually and using the picking system.
I have checked to make sure that the email has not been trapped in their Junk folders.
Thanks for getting back to me. Best regards, Adrian
Hi @Wychfinder,
Could you share a screenshot of your flow?
You said that a notification email would be sent to a specific people, how do you specify this person?
If you are using a dynamic content, please make sure the dynamic content does return a valid email address.
Besides, please suggest email receivers who cannot receive the email check their junk email box, I am wondering if their email settings will consider emails from Microsoft Flow as spam.
Best regards,
Mabel
