Gallery to text input card help

This app is a Form app with a SP list as the data source. I have popup that the users impute selections(1 Date,3 text) to a gallery. I need help with getting the full gallery to convert to a text format that fills the card in the form.  The gallery can have anywhere from 1-24 lines. I also need a way for the Form text impute to update the popup section should they need to edit at some point. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

    Hello,

     

    I am not sure if its possible to convert entire Gallery to a text format.

    But I am interested to know and let's see if others have implemented this before.
