Create repeating row in sharepoint list

I created a Power Apps canvas form from a SharePoint list. I need to essentially create a table or have the ability to create a row of fields, save and add a new row. I have 4 fields that need the ability to add multiple lines of (if that makes sense). These fields are individual columns on the list, is there a way to Create a New Field that can have all 4 of these field, and then add another row of those fields?

i do not want to store the data in the table in another list. I need all information stored in one list location.
