Hello

I have a flow that help me to grape the answer from a MS form, create a html table with the link of the MS form.

An email has to be sent with the table, and the user should click on the link and see the answers.

I have a problem to create the link, if someone can assist, please

In your Compose action, the key you're using to get the response ID might not be correct. Try using responseId instead of responseld (watch out for typos). Also, if the response ID contains special characters, wrapping it in encodeUriComponent() can help prevent any formatting issues.

To troubleshoot, add a temporary Compose action right after Get response details to check what it's actually returning. That way, you can confirm if the response ID is coming through correctly.

Once you tweak that, your flow should generate the right link

    Hi  ,

Thank you for choosing Microsoft Community.

To create a link to the MS form responses within your HTML table, you'll need to use a dynamic content placeholder for the form response link.

To dynamically insert these values in your flow, you would replace the placeholders with the corresponding dynamic content tokens from the MS Forms connector in Power Automate.
This will ensure that each link generated in your email points to the correct form response.

If you share more details about the specific issue you're encountering when creating the link, I can provide more help.

If this resolves the issue, kindly mark it as resolved to enable others find this solution.

    Kind regards,

I believe what you are asking is that you want to generate a link to the response so that the person who responded can see it and edit their response. If so, Microsoft Forms does not natively provide a direct edit link for responses. The link contains a unique response token to prevent other people from accessing a response that is not theirs.

Instead, you would enable these settings within the form:

This will then enable this dialogue after a response is submitted so that the user can get the link:

This only works with forms that are not set to anyone can respond and you must record the name.

If this is your scenario, set this up and then direct people to this URL: https://forms.office.com/Pages/DesignPageV2.aspx. Instruct them to click on Filled Forms and it will list the forms they have submitted.

If any of the other suggestions worked, please mark them as the answer to your post.
