I have to route documents up a chain of command. First step approval, then second step, etc. What order do I enter the email addresses in Power Automate so if flows in the correct order? Top to bottom or bottom to top? Thank you.
@STANDERSON flow actions always run in the order you put them into the flow from top to bottom - unless you use parallel branching which means each branchg runs at the same time.
But it sounds to me that you are just putting email addresses into an email action, so they will all be sent at the same time. To route a series up a chain of command you will need to use a series of approval actions to make sure that the approvals happen in the correct sequence.
