Hi everyone
Ive used the shoutout template to create a custom version, which sends a HTML email with the image embedded so it shows up in the email body. For the most part it works a treat, but I have a couple of users who get the infamous red X in the sent email it creates. I’ve checked the outlook settings that I can think of which all look ok. ive then inspected the HTML email that was created and the image has been stripped from the code. Anyone any ideas what could cause that? I’m thinking a browser setting perhaps?
thanks!
Hi @P_jones ,
I prefer to believe this could be a Outlook or IE configuration issue. Please refer to the following blog to check if they are suitable for your case.

Hope this helps.Sik
Thanks for this - I will give it a go. to confuse matters though, I can send a shoutout to the user and they receive it fine, images are all displayed. it is only happening when they send a shoutout, which is why I think it’s browser related. The connector is to the outlook service rather than outlook itself so sends the email even when the desktop client it shutdown.
So it turns out it was user error after all.
thanks for your help!
