Can we remove access to power automate of certain users in an organization.

Hi
I have a General question.
As Power Automate is a free tool that is available for all Microsoft email users.
I want to know is there a setting or a way to restrict Power Automate away from certain user in an organization?

Yes, by playing with Licences.
From admin center > Users > Licenses and apps Uncheck Power Automate and Flow related licenses

will this setting remove the ability to access power automate or will it just remove the premium license access for a user?

It Didn't work,
we want to restrict some users in our organization to even access the free version of power automate that is available to everyone.
