Hi,

I have a form with a choice question with multiple answer options. The form results are stored in a list in a multi-line type field.

My quations is, instead of the stored like ["Option A", "Option B", "Option C"] , I wanted them to be with a break line, like example:

- Option A

- Option B

- Option C
