How to automatically copy any newly created file from onedrive of 29 users to a sharepoint shared library folder without knowing their user passwords?

Hi All,

Sorry but I am new to this power automate and wondering where did i go wrong. I am quiet frustrated with this.

I have been given a job to copy mp4 file that gets created in a Microsoft 365 E5 User's OneDrive > MyFiles > Recordings as a result of the Teams Meeting Recording for 29 Users to a central repository in Sharepoint Shared Library folder.

I created a flow and then one weekend requested all the users that I will reset their passwords and will login to each account, go to that user's Microsoft Flow console, I had already shared the flow that does the above job in my user account to that user's flow console. I changed the connections to that user's M365 User email address and then tested the flow by creating a test meeting and then recorded it, ended the meeting, recording got created in the onedrive > MyFiles > Recordings and then the flow i shared with the user automatically copied this mp4 to the Sharepoint Shared Library to that user's respective folder.

I tested this for all 29 users and my shared flow, carefully changed to their authenticated usernames and folder paths, worked and copied the test team recording mp4 file from user's onedrive to shared library.

Then, Monday they came and changed their passwords obviously 🙂 and logged in. Now none of their videos are getting copied to the shared library.

Did the flow broke when they all changed their passwords? if so then how am i supposed to do the whole task with power automate without knowing all these user's passwords.

Again, sorry, I am new to power automate and may not know a lot of other ways if there are any for such kind of task.

If without knowing passwords this is not possible with power automate then any other solution you may direct to where I could automatically copy the mp4 files created in the onedrive > MyFiles > Recordings folder of 29 users to a sharepoint shared library folders for these users?

Please help.
