Problem with "Start and wait for an approval" connector

Hi,

I built a flow using approvals but, sometimes it fails with an error that from my current knowledge, it isn't in my control. I wasn't able to track down what causes it, so i'd like to ask for some help to understand what is happening.

The error message is as follows:

Unauthorized. The request failed. Error code: 'AuthorizationFailed'. Error message: 'No client certificate  or authorization header was given.'.

Some details:
- It's happening with a small numbers of approvers;
- The approval is being done through email;
- The step is using "Start and wait for an approval" connector;
- I'm using the default connection;
- I will guide the approver to approve through the flows approval history, but this isn't ideal;

If any other information is needed, I would be glad to answer

Thanks in advance

    @PrestesTI

    I suspect that the error is somehow related to the default CDS database used by the approval engine.  I suggest that you open a support ticket (or have you M365 admin open the ticket) with Microsoft.

    Hello Team,

    @ScottShearer  is correct, you might need to contact Microsoft Support but on top of that just use the below KB article provided by Microsoft as a reference since the issue you are facing is UNAUTHORIZED

    KB article - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/fix-flow-failures

    As per the above article, I think you should try to fix the connection might as well be a connection issue. Just delete the existing connection and create a new one and then test the Approvals with those set of users for which it was failing initially or maybe intermittently.

    Always a good thought to try and test out stuff in details before jumping on a ticket with Microsoft, it helps the support engineers as well.
