Outlook Calendar Event Spontaneously Updating - Triggering Unwanted Flow

I just built a flow I built that adds/updates/deletes items on a SharePoint list whenever an event is added/updated/deleted from an Outlook Calendar. It works great.... EXCEPT that the events on the calendar appear to be spontaneously "updating" and thus triggering the flow - which result in duplicative and unnecessary emails being sent (which is part of the flow). I know that know one else is doing anything to these appointments on this calendar, and I've looked at the event metadata and can't see anything that indicates any sort of change or why the event is registering as "updated." Has anyone else experienced this or know what might be happening?

I didn't figure out why the system was "updating" on its own and thus sending a duplicative email, but I did figure out a mitigation measure to prevent a duplicate email. I added a condition that checks the existing Start Date, End Date, and Event Title fields, and if none of those have changed as part of the update, it doesn't trigger an email.

Did you ever figure this out? My Outlook 365 calendar updates constantly but makes no changes, and it's a complete disaster when using Power Automate.
