Hello,

I work for vendor company where I have developed several processes in Power Automate Desktop but I can't transfer them to company account for which I have worked for.

I have built Solution then transferred it to other company but it didn't transfer desktop UiFlows I don't know if this flows are stored somewhere on the disk like WinAutomation so I can transfer solution like that...

Best regards,

Dino

    Hi @Anonymous

Sharing of Desktop flows will be available on PAD GA (December 2020).

Until then I could suggest you the following workaround to transfer your Desktop flows:

Copy the Actions inside the PAD designer and paste them to a notepad. Then, feel free to copy again from the notepad and paste to the Desktop flow of your other account. Note that the captured UI Elements (if any) won't be transferred, so unfortunately you would need to recapture them.

    I hope that helps!

    Hello @PetrosF-MSFT,

I have done that but the problem is as you mentioned that UI Elements are not transferred and that is a problem.

Thank you for the information when it will be available.

    Best regards,

    Dino

    Hi @PetrosF-MSFT

Is the feature you mentioned here available now?

There's a share function in Power Automate or you can export your solution as a zip file. You can read about it here, or watch this video for more info.

Not sure if these are what you're referring to though. Hope this helps 🙂
