Flow - Send email to everyone in list

hello everybody,

I have an extremely simple flow for sending birthday e-mails, I have a SharePoint list with all the birthday people and their e-mails. However, when sending the email, I would like it to be sent to ALL team members, and not just to the person who celebrates the birthday.

Something I couldn't think of straight...

Look the sequence,

    Hi @Joaoandrebs,

    To send email to all the users in your list, I think you need to move your email notification out of the Apply to each tab.

    I think you could try to list all the birthday in a single email, to achieve this,  add a variable and, in the place where the "Send Email" was put, select your column that saves all the users.

    Where you see "<name>" you should put the user column that comes from your SharePoint. the "<br>" is to have one name per line.

    @v-qiaqi-msft thanks for your message!,

    I haven't tried it yet, but I'm not sure I understand...

    1. If I remove the send email from apply to each and insert the column "email" from sharepoint, will it send to all emails listed in the column?

    2. I didn't quite understand the meaning of the birthday variable being in the flow. Will she only bring the birthday boy's name in case? I have a column called Full name in SP, so from what I understand, just insert it in place of <NAME>. is this?

    Hi @Joaoandrebs,

    To answer you:

    1). Remove the email from apply to each, which will send out one email with all the birthday users in your email body and to all the users in your list

    2). Yes, this variable only brings the birthday boy's name in case.

    If the Full name in your SP is a Person type, you need to select the Full Name email parameter from the dynamic content.

    What's more, I strongly suggest you use a Person column to store your user name if your Title column is single line of text type, if not, you need to spend more time to convert these full names to email address using Office365 connector in your flow.

    @v-qiaqi-msft OK,

    BUT, i cant remove Send Email from apply to each, this message pops up:

    "depends on an action inside the for each"

    I noticed that you inserted a compose... is that not it?

    Hi @Joaoandrebs,

    No.😂

    Could you please check the flow one more time, I add the variable to the email body but for the To parameter, I add the email from the Get items.
