New Azure AD User Creation with ServiceNow Ticket

Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone here knows how we can build this. I am looking to build a automation tool using ServiceNow. How it is going to work is that someone can raise a  new user ticket in ServiceNow with the user details. Next, power automate will take this user details and create the user in the Azure AD server.Something like that. I have already created a similar flow to this but replaced servicenow with Microsoft forms but because of security reasons, my company is choosing to use ServiceNow to create new user instead of forms. Any advice on whether this can be done? Let me know thanks!
