How to save MS form attachments to document library folder based on submitter email or name

If I want to dynamically save MS form attachments to a specific Folder based on form submitters name how do I do that. For example, Joe submitting request in MS form has a folder name Joe in a document library. I'd like to save the attachment in Joe's folder within the library.

Posting some reference to how you could achieve this.

You would of course add the part to what folder it should be placed in.

I would suggest doing a condition to check if the user have a folder already, if no folder exist for that user, create it, then you place the folder name in a variable and use that to specify where to store the files.

There are a lot of these steps in the forum part for building flows.

The resources are so helpful - thank you. I have managed to save the attachment in a library. I want to be able to save under folder based on email address or name of the form submitter. Any help with that. I am looking for resources online and If I come across it will update here.
