Hello,

i've designed a flow that checks sender info when an email is recieved by a certain mailbox and then creates an approval form.

I've tested the flow and it worked fine but now users are reporting they're not recieving the approval messages. I've not altered the flow in any way but i've been getting notifications that sharepoint space usage is full or above 100% usage (currently 10gb over the quota). Could this be the reason for the flow to not work ?
