Update document library with Approvers and their Responses

I'm working on a document submittal project and I'm wondering if you can help. Here's the process:

  • A manager manually uploads file (usually .pdf) to SP Doc Lib.
  • The manager then manually triggers the Request approval (everyone must approve) for a selected file (with approval reminders) template directly from the SP DL.
  • The manager fills out the DocLib form to include the message sent w/approval, the emails of the reviewers, and email reminder duration, then clicks button to run flow.

The reviewers the manager entered on the DocLib form receive an approval email with the file they are to review. When the reviewers complete their work on the file, they return to the approval notification email, click approve (or reject), and enter their comments.

A reminder email is sent according to what the mngr selected on the form until all reviewers take action on the approval email.  Once everyone has taken action,  the manager receives an email notification with the reviewers and their responses formatted into a table. And the flow ends successfully.

I'd like that reminder email sent only to those reviewers who have not yet approved or rejected.  Also, is there a way to notify the mngr of those who have taken action even though the flow isn't finished?

I'd also like to update the file in SP Doc Lib with the name of the approver/reviewer and their comments whether they have rfeceived a reminder email or completed the process before one was sent.
