Hi Guys,
I am in the middle of trying to complete a flow in Power Automate to capture responses from a Microsoft Form survey which have multiple images and multiple questions where images can be uploaded with different quantities.
I have an issue with the image naming being able to use power automate back to SharePoint List due to being used already. The primary focus of the MS Form is a site survey, so a user uses the form to capture images on site and attach them to each question as they answer, my problem is as follows:
As you can see above when a user is completing the form they can take a picture(s) and attach to the form and move onto the next question which requires an image and take another picture but this has the same name as the question above, which leads to the following problem in my flow:
The response is captured in Power Automate and pushed out to a SharePoint List which has each response and all attachments from that single form attached but seeing as each question uses the the "Image.jpg" default it means not all images are captured then on the SharePoint List:
I am then left with the images being uploaded in the first question ever only captured in my SharePoint List and all images are missing. How can I work around this? I have tried the full flow with different named images and it works fine but the survey is to take images on site with the form so would love to see if this could be resolved and keep the automation in place.

Were you able to resolve this issue? I have my first Microsoft Form that has multiple image uploads. The numbers in the file name increment with each photo, but when you switch to a new question to upload a photo the numbering starts at the beginning again and Power Automate fails writing the duplicate file.
