Attachments does not open and gives and error

Hi Can anyone help me with the below error message when sending attachments using SP List
 
when i test the flow everything works correct but when i receive the email and try to open the file i get the above error message. below is the screenshot of my flow

    You need to show how you added the attachment in your Email Action, you didn't.
     
    My guess is you are adding it incorrectly based on your array.
