When you start Power Automate Desktop (PAD), a sign-in screen is displayed, and when you sign in, the following error is displayed.
---
OneDrive error
An error related to OneDrive has occurred.
Error details
Association ID: XXXXXXXXX-2fc3-4e0e-b35a-XXXXXXXXXXX
Access denied

*Part of the ID has been withheld.
When you close the screen, the sign-in screen will be displayed again.
It seems to be an error in association with OneDrive, but if anyone knows how to recover, please let me know.
Until recently, I was able to use the app without seeing the sign-in screen. I'm using Windows 11.
I uninstalled and installed OneDrive and PowerAutomate, but there was no change.
Thank you for your support.

I am also experiencing difficulties accessing my Power Automate flows. While I can access OneDrive with my Hotmail account , I am unable to load my flows within the Power Automate environment. I have attempted logging out and back in with my Outlook account, and i don't have that issue.

I suspect there may be an ongoing issue with the Microsoft server or maybe something relate with Hotmail maybe..

In the meantime, to run the flow, you can recover it from your local files. This involves navigating to the following directory:

    C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop\Console\Workspace

Please note that loading the recovered flow may take some time.

I too am having this issue.  If I use my typical gmail account, I get the error (this is where all my flows are).  If I use my Outlook.com account, it logs in just fine, but of course none of my flows are there because they are in the gmail account.  JasonTran4000, I saw that you mentioned recovering from the AppData.  How exactly did you do that?  Thanks for any help.  This is extremely frustrating.  Scott

Thank you, JasonTran4000, I appreciate the assistance.  Your process worked flawlessly, however only some of my flows were in the AppData so I was unable to recover the one that I really need.  I'm hoping that Microsoft can fix the original problem soon.

Thanks again for the help!  Scott

Scott Cassin I found out that you can get the meta file in your Onedrive web. it is should on App folder. there is some 2 file with same name and one will has a .meta. it use Base64 encoder. you you download it and copy the text inside those file and decode it .  but right now i am not sure how we can convert those to working file yet. Maybe you can

Hello JasonTran4000, yes, I do have access to those files through OneDrive web (THANKFULLY!!) so I know they're still there.  We just need to now figure out how to convert them into working files to build a new flow.  We're getting closer!
